My name is Trisha McKeown and I am an ITEC qualified and insured Holistic Therapist and Mindfulness Instructor.  As a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CthA) you can feel secure in the knowledge that I comply with a strict code of practice and quality assurance. I specialise in helping people improve their wellbeing.  I offer Massage Therapy and Teach Mindfulness. These types of therapies help the body and mind to relax and recuperate and repair. Massage and Mindfulness are also known to be extremely beneficial for stress, anxiety, tension and worries.

Massage

A Holistic massage with me includes a detailed consultation.  This allows me to get to know you and how you are feeling both physically and emotionally. I can then tailor the treatment to you and respond to your specific troubles at each and every appointment.

Mindfulness

I teach you how to live using Mindfulness over a six week programme.  In just 90 minutes each week I will teach you Stress Management And Relaxation Techniques that you can use to manage your own stress and anxieties and so improve your health and wellbeing.
