About Me

My name is Trisha McKeown and I am a ITEC qualified and insured Holistic Therapist and Mindfulness Instructor.  As a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CthA) you can feel secure in the knowledge that I comply with a strict code of practice and quality assurance. I specialise in helping people improve their well-being.  I offer Massage Therapy and Teach Mindfulness. These types of therapies help the body and mind to relax and recuperate and repair. Massage & Mindfulness are also known to be extremely beneficial for stress, anxiety, tension and worries.

Massage

A Holistic massage with me includes a detailed consultation.  This allows me to get to know you and how you are feeling both physically and emotionally. I can then tailor the treatment to you and respond to your specific troubles at each and every appointment.

Mindfulness

I teach you how to live using Mindfulness over a six week programme.  In just 90 minutes each week I will teach you Stress Management And Relaxation Techniques that you can use to manage your own stress and anxieties and so improve your health and well-being.
