About Me

My name is Trisha McKeown and I am a qualified and insured Holistic Therapist and Mindfulness Instructor.  I am a fully registered member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CthA) which is one of the professional governing bodies with a strict code of practice and quality assurance.

I specialise in helping people improve their well-being through Massage Therapy and Mindfulness Practice. These types of therapies help the body and mind to relax and recuperate and in some cases repair. Massage & Mindfulness are also known to be extremely beneficial for emotional stresses, tensions and worries.

A Holistic massage with me includes a detailed consultation which allows me to get to know you and how you are feeling both physically and emotionally.  This enables me to tailor the treatment to you and respond to your specific troubles at each and every appointment.

My Mindfulness practice is shared with you over a six week programme of 90 minute sessions to give you Stress Management And Relaxation Techniques you can use YOURSELF to navigate your way through life.
Once you have completed the six weeks, you will have the skills to manage your own stress and anxieties and so improve your health and well-being.
